I don't disagree but it'd ironically be a bad thing. The people who would've already wanted stuff from it will have it. Up and comers wanting stuff will thusly be left incapable of completing it due to lacking bodies or players good enough to do it. They need to make Epic Echo not trash and just let us 1 or 2 shot Non-Forced Synced content if we're 10 or more levels above the content.

Not true. They just need to grind pvp or find 7 other people who want the thing, same as the original earners did. If they can't or don't want to put in the effort to join or form a group? Oh well. It's just pixels, right? Not a big deal at all.

That's okay, just use RMT and hire a group to wintrade in PVP, just like the 'bad' players earned it in the 'good old days'.

And that's your rignt! And, if you get banned in the process, as some win traders experienced back in the day? It's just pixels. You can begin again with a new character and re-earn all those pixels.
