I don't think buying the collector's edition should have any bearing on how early you get into the beta. This is coming from someone who bought the CE.

They've said before that they want to get people currently playing into the beta first before people who aren't playing, and that Legacy shouldn't have an effect on who gets in or not.

No. Current members should have priority into the beta before anybody else. Which version of the game you bought should have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Now, if they want to give us another free item in-game, I'm down...but nothing else.

Yeah, back when the game was beyond the worst game ever. Still doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't factor into the beta test for A Realm Reborn.

I Got C.E. And played since day 1 and the reason i called 1.0 a beta because everything was a testing but we paid to test and give feedback on a game on forums am i wrong ?

A lot of CE didnt stay but most did who played till the end from the worst to the not so worst .

If that's your definition of beta then 2.0 will be beta too. People will still give feedback; adjustments to the game will still be made. Its the way game development goes now, especially with online titles.

Ok im not sure if you are trying to troll, but yes there was a beta test done in 1.0 this was after the alpha test. Just so that you know that means internal testing. Regardless if you paid for the privilege to test it. It still was the beta test. so that you know BETA testing is usually public testing outside thier usual focus group to collect data about the game that they have already packaged and ready to ship. so that means Beta testing does not mean that all the fixes will be implemented but it give the developers a head start to work on them.

Now I do believe the main topic about this thread is whether CE should get any thing. I apologize for my long winded response. but it just eeks me when i see someone drag a Red Herring to change subject and make someone else look incompetent

Personally i think the entire 1.0 is a beta test which is why we got it free for so long.....we only had to start paying when it actually got better...lol
