I Got C.E. And played since day 1 and the reason i called 1.0 a beta because everything was a testing but we paid to test and give feedback on a game on forums am i wrong ?

If that's your definition of beta then 2.0 will be beta too. People will still give feedback; adjustments to the game will still be made. Its the way game development goes now, especially with online titles.

Ok im not sure if you are trying to troll, but yes there was a beta test done in 1.0 this was after the alpha test. Just so that you know that means internal testing. Regardless if you paid for the privilege to test it. It still was the beta test. so that you know BETA testing is usually public testing outside thier usual focus group to collect data about the game that they have already packaged and ready to ship. so that means Beta testing does not mean that all the fixes will be implemented but it give the developers a head start to work on them.

Now I do believe the main topic about this thread is whether CE should get any thing. I apologize for my long winded response. but it just eeks me when i see someone drag a Red Herring to change subject and make someone else look incompetent

Personally i think the entire 1.0 is a beta test which is why we got it free for so long.....we only had to start paying when it actually got better...lol
