The launcher doesn't load.

Please help T_T At first, the launcher would load poorly twice a day. Not all ads would load in the window, but it was still accessible. Then during October 23rd, the launcher stopped loading, only a gray background. It's the Steam version. I tried restarting everything and restoring Edge. I thought that the problem was related to the end of support for Windows 10 and went bought a new SSD and installed a clean copy of Windows 11.Since Steam isn't downloading the game, it's downloading through the launcher and after Steam start the launcher, the exact same thing happens. The game doesn't even start downloading. And only the gray launcher screen remains. None of my mates have encountered this problem.
