Wondering if the developers would be open to making Tulliyolal festive with a Day of the Dead theme during the Halloween season? Most major cities have their own festivities and decorations in place but given that Tulliyolal is a main city now too, I thought it would be very neat to have it decorated as Day of the Dead since it has a lot of Latino references already!
