Character transfer to Sargatanas

Hi there,

I was forwarded here after speaking with the customer support team via email. I have been paying for my subscription for months now, patiently waiting to join my friends on server Sargatanas and after paying and waiting for so long, I still have been unable to switch over. I've spent quite a bit of money on the subscriptions, and I have been keeping an eye out with no luck, but it's not fair that I've paid this money just to be disappointed every time. I would like to join my friends to play and join their Free Company, but the wait to switch is making the gameplay difficult and not fun. Are you able to help? I don't know if this can be something brought up for suggestion or made happen because I've just found myself spending money on something I haven't been able to do. It's not really great

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. Please note that there are certain worlds that you can’t transfer to as of now. You could find which of these worlds are congested on the Lodestone page here: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/worldstatus/
