    I would like to be able to switch between active and passive mode without it affecting my movement at all. I would also like to be able to use Quickstride without switching to active mode. As for the durability loss when using the ability- I would like to see it removed but it doesn't seem to be nearly as important as eliminating the hassle of being forced to stop and pull out a weapon just to use a job ability...
