Without context the only spoiler would be that there is a character that looks like that at some point. (That would make everyone a spoiler) They would literally have to do research to have any plot spoiled. A character changing clothes is not a spoiler and the identity of the Exarch is on the level of Darth Vader is Luke's father at this point, except some people were actually surprised by that at the time.
