I'd like to add my vouch for this being an issue as well. Today has been especially bad, constant 90001 disconnects while everything freezes and just the chat keeps working. I'm located in Brazil, it's in a completely different geo location from OP in Canada and the problems happen at the exact same time. I'm seeing HALF of my parties disconnecting. On my M7S reclear today I had an instance where THE ENTIRE PARTY disconnected, we even had a few seconds to laugh about it in chat while everything was frozen in place. It's been this bad since 7.2 released. To everyone: This is not an issue on the customer's end, I work in IT and run my own network infrastructure, this is an upstream issue near California and Square Enix needs to do something about it or it's going to continue happening. I have a raid member from Chile that is also getting affected. The disconnects all happen at the exact same time for everyone. I've opened a support ticket about it but square enix support has no clue what any of the words I sent mean and they just follow the standard "restart your router" deal, even though we have people from all around the world having connection issues at the same time. If you are also experiencing this issue at this point please make a post in this thread AND open a support ticket about it, we really need attention brought to this issue so they can look into it and contact their peering partners.

I'm from Brazil and since yesterday the connection has been very poor. A lot of 90001 sometimes followed by 2002. Not the first time having those, but definetly something is off. Would be nice if they looked into it!
So any other correspondence to help resolve this issue?

I've the same issues on the Europe-Datacenter (both)
I read at the news in the launcher from 21.10.2025 that Network-Issues are solved, but only on the JP Datacenter.
May be we have the same issues here?
Lag is extremely bad this morning... Any further guidance from FFXIV support would be appreciated

It's really bad today... That node in San Jose has been borked for the past 4 hours now with no sign of it letting up. Normally it stops after a couple of hours. It's getting worse and worse. Really hope SE get onto NTT to fix this because it's making the game unplayable.
I appreciate you posting! Tonight was particularly bad as well.
