Please try the following:

- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA, etc.) as they may interfere with the client.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Check to see if there are any notifications or alerts that the OS might be trying to get your attention for.
- If Focus Assist is enabled, please try disabling it at this time.
- Turn of Game Mode/Game Bar
- Remove any peripheral USB devices (gamepads, cameras, microphones, headsets, etc.) to create a more stable, simple environment for your console to run the game. Also consider inserting the devices to different USB ports or removing and reinserting them.

However if the issue persists, we highly recommend to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance as it may be a Windows related issue.
