FFXIV window unfocusing for a split second

Good evening,

I play games in windowed mode. When I play XIV, every couple of minutes the title bar turns white, which it does when the window is unfocused. The problem is that I'm not clicking off the window or hitting a hotkey that would switch windows - it seems to happen whether I'm inputting anything or not. It almost immediately refocuses, but it causes me to lose inputs and I've definitely been KO'd because of it.
Any idea on what might be causing it or how to get it to stop? This is quite literally the only program on my computer that does this, and the issue followed me from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Please try the following:

- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA, etc.) as they may interfere with the client.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Check to see if there are any notifications or alerts that the OS might be trying to get your attention for.
- If Focus Assist is enabled, please try disabling it at this time.
- Turn of Game Mode/Game Bar
- Remove any peripheral USB devices (gamepads, cameras, microphones, headsets, etc.) to create a more stable, simple environment for your console to run the game. Also consider inserting the devices to different USB ports or removing and reinserting them.

However if the issue persists, we highly recommend to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance as it may be a Windows related issue.
