Logically I know this but the irrational part of my brain won’t listen. But isn’t that phobia’s to a T irrational. I can pin point the let’s call core memories that triggered and made said phobia worse.

To add to this. I do have a disability and unfortunately to that end I will get itchy and that feels like these awful creatures are on me. Logically I know they are not but my brain will say they are.
If anyone has ever watched a show with a head lice episode and you start to feel the itch like you might have them it’s like that but worse.
I'm terrified of wasps and adjacent stinging insects. There's many phobias in the world, I don't think it's physically possible to accommodate all those people. I feel like the power of things that shall not be named could help though.
Midcore is when you take a look at an Ultimate, nod along sagely to a guide and decide to do it when you get 12 months of uninterrupted vacation, which is to say: never.

If I were able to I would to help with this. I’m sorry you deal with stinging insects as a phobia. Can say not a fan but able to deal with video game ones.
While I do agree,I had the thought of don’t ask don’t get so it was worth a shot no matter how long it would be.

TBH I can't remember a single spider mob/boss. Can someone remind me. There's the yarzons from ARR, I guess? You can completely avoid those.

Weeping city’s first boss. Fell court of toria. Spiners in the fringes and similar style in Pharos siruis hard and the level 95 dungeon. There is also some in the first VC dungeon route 5,6 or 7 I think it is.
I don't disagree! Unfortunately, JRPGs are that kind of genre. It's uh... bad. I'm usually okay with spiders unless they sit in inconvenient places, but alas, they are indeed a JRPG staple. The main issue arises from how unlimited the options are.
There's people mortified of snakes, and aside from, well, snakes, no mobs use the same animations. Spiders could be swapped for Crabs, as others said, but I suspect SE would rather not start making exceptions. So... the place that shall not be named.
My biggest phobia trigger, thankfully, is the buzzing, so I kinda just fiddle with sound and proceed to be vaguely uncomfortable or zoomed out veeery far. Actually, yeah, play the game on max zoom. I cannot say more since I don't wanna get bonked with ToS, but if it's spider adjacent bosses, there's definitely fixes.

The sound was actually what helped me eventually get through 16 with them. And yes you are right. It is very difficult to implementation of these things. I know my brother has a fear of snakes so when I play I do try to at least avoid areas where they may show up or like when I was going after the mount from wreath of snakes made sure he wasn’t around so I’m not doing this current unreal.
There's spiders in the game?
I legit haven't even noticed any, is it just arr?

Because I am being reminded a lot of this being a long shot. I knew when I posted this it could well be. What would you suggest for a PS5 player to do in situations where they end up in places like weeping city or fell court. I do often post a Marco about said situation and apologising for it and asking not to be kicked because besides that I’m completely fine. I’ve got tendencies to get to distracted to leave the gaming area for lack of a better term or scroll my phone. Sometimes I will hide behind my knees and a blanket but I don’t always have the option as I have a cat. I’ve tried things like zoomed in camera on the floor or whatever (my current solution in weeping is first person facing towards entrance praying for death) for fell court I often say see you at the last boss apologies.
