Steps:
1. Accept daily quest from Vuyargur
2. Obtain material and craft required item
3. Turn in quest to Vuyargar
4. Window pops up saying "Warning: You will not be able to receive all the following: Company Seals

Do you still wish to proceed?"

(Only will appear if capped on Company Seals)
5. No seals are awarded upon handing in daily quest (Have tested this myself, and my friend also tested it uncapped on seals)
