And because you had to defeat the boss in order to save the Aetherpool gained through that 10 floors I had to start again from floor 1 in hope the Aetherpool will increase in floors 11 to 20.

I will probably try it again with the recent changes in the near future.
The aetherpool has a coin flip chance to gain if ur ap is greater than the floorset.. so if ur on floor 30 with about 30ap armor then you have a chance it won't increase.. theboss is a guarantee increase.. which is why ppl are encouraged to go on higher floors
