Well, thankfully, today, we have things like the guide I linked to, where you'd learn that soloing on healer is a real challenge, and that there are many other jobs where you'd have an easier time of it.

Your average person just unlocking some casual deep dungeon content isn't looking that up, and certainly not just to get to floor 50 or 100. It's more of a guide for getting to 200 solo.

an actually useful criticism of what I said would relate to what the experience is like today, not what people had to suffer through eight years and a million expansions ago.

I only know what it was like in Heavensward simply because that was the only time I ever had 0 aetherpool. Realistically, I'm not going to spend all my aetherpool just to test this when the aetherpool is useful to me.

Yea but like he said, they buffed the Aetherpool Gain, so now Silver Chest gives minimum 5 Level and Defeating any Boss on any Floor gives +10, so it really isnt hard at all anymore to solo 1-50

I didn't really remember the details of the buffs and didn't know it was quite that extensive. I was guessing it was more of a minor buff than that like +1, and without having 0 aetherpool again I couldn't imagine if it would help a new player enough. But 5 from each chest should probably get their aetherpool half to cap in the first 10 floors, and if aetherpool is capped for a given floor then everything is easy solo.

dont worry happens but yea they buffed it really significant, i started today with it again because i wanted another kinna weapon, of course it involves rng luck to get silver chest spawns but i was already after doing 1-20 on armor and weapon about level 55, so its really insane the increase we have now
