I hope the devs are listening. We need the devs to please listen.
You can buy things that remove pacification from vendors. Echo Drops I think? Classic Final Fantasy item that sells for like 9gil

Echo Drops only cure the Silence not the Pacification. They also do nothing for the Pixie transformation debuff that lasts just as long and is even worse since you also can't interact with anything.
I look just like the roes next door... if you happen to live next door to an amusement park.
Didn't play it a lot yet, but it seems:
a) Defnitely better than EO;
b) The gimmicks seems to be the best/most fun of all 4 Deep Dungeons;
c) The open air makes it feel a bit more refreshing;
d) More diversity in items you can farm.
e) Quantum mechanic, but I'm yet to see how it works
f) There seems to be a weekly challenge log? The NPC mentioned it, but I forgot to actually look.
The obvious negative is that it's the same formula. Same map layout. The horizontality of the place is just cosmetic - we don't actually get long open floors (maybe the rare floors are like that? Still, rare). Same power system, and Gacha hoard system.
I hope they truly lay this formula to rest and bring true innovation to the next one. 3 was enough, 4 Deep Dungeons following it is too much imo.

Finally reached floor 99 and as expected, the boss feels something between normal and extreme, I'd say similar difficulty to Bozja CE/CLL/DR/Dalriada, Second Walk raid bosses.

Same as any deep dungeon. I kind of just relax hope I find some hoard chests. Though I have to say this Deep dungeon seems like it has the most bomb traps out of them.
Update: I hit floor 100 two days ago. The music, candles, Feo Ul and the check points really make this a fun deep dungeon to run.
If the older Deep dungeons get more check points in the future I may run Hoh. For now, I'll stick to POTD for the choker and getting to floor 100 in EO for the story.

it's 11/10, best thing that happened in recent history
Midcore is when you take a look at an Ultimate, nod along sagely to a guide and decide to do it when you get 12 months of uninterrupted vacation, which is to say: never.

I only traversed up to F50 before a friendo had to call it off yesterday. Suffice to say the only two things that I can see myself liking are the Votives addition and the fact that mobs in those floors are not as HP spongey as the one you encounter in EO within the same floor range, which is pretty damning 'good traits' IMHO if the highlighted reason why I enjoy things is because there's XYZ other thing within the same category that felt much worse.
If they truly return to EO format beyond F50, frankly it just shows to me how it rhymes with the way they try to appease all types of players kind of approach nowadays.

I like the way it looks. The candelabra powerups are lots of fun and I like the rewards.
I don't like that at like 50-60 mobs just start 1 shotting from long range. Thats just annoying for a run to end with everyone gettting 1 shot with little to no way of recovering.
