Cannot log into my character (30002)1345466799,0,5

Latest update (8/20/2012 22:00 JST), I just got back on, apparently there was a relatively wide-spread crash on Sargatanas just now. Luckily I was able to get back on afterwards

Hi, I'm in need of some help. I got disconnected earlier while crafting and when I tried to log back in, I keep getting the following error message:
"An error has occurred on the game server. (30002)1345466799,0,5"

I've already restarted my PC and my Router but it did not help. I have a feeling that having it disconnect mid-craft somehow left the character in an unexpected state and no longer allows me to enter. Is there anything that can be done? Is there a way to contact a Technical Support Member at Square Enix about this?
