Fight is good, rewards are somehow a mixed bag, most sstuff is ok, but the completely failed on not giving an Arkveld Set to match the weapons (which cant be even dyed to match our FF stuff)

Where is the unique reward from extreme trial?

in tuyoyolali - there is an hrothgar npc serving as vendor near the marketboard and levlequests to exchange stuff right now there should be lots of people standing near it so i'm sure you can find it

Sure but all the items can be obtained from normal and mount drops from normal too. What will be my motivation to learn and prog extreme version?

They just give you access to the upgraded weapons is all. It's an ex fight trial. So just like all other ex fight trials (unlike the rathalos one), this gives you upgraded weapons. Otherwise nothing.

It's just another general trial with a different skin to me. Nothing new. Same mechanics, meh visuals, and a fixed timeline.
If only to consider "introducing stuff from the other game," I'd give Omega Planetes 8-9 out of 10. Arkveld? Zero.

It maybe didn't feel as Monhun as Rath did but it was still an alright enough fight, and I never fought a arkveld to compare the fights like I have a rath. haven't tried the extreme so can't comment on that, maybe on the weekend.

But the issue I have run into twice now is that when you are left with just 2 tanks left and everybody else on the floor it's way too easy for them to both stay alive and make everybody wait around not playing the game, I think maybe 1 tank would die but I'm not totally certain on that either

I've done the extreme now, I don't have a massive frame of reference for extremes and especially newer ones but it was nice, maybe it could have been slightly more forgiving in giving you time to get people up for the Limit cut
shockingly the hardest part for me proved to be reading where the cleave was coming down on the half arena spread
