My point is that you can't make the content that dude does easier. It's already braindead. I wanna know what they find hard about that content, as those aspects are the things that would be made easier per their request.

I was then going to jump off and point out that complex encounter design and complex job design can coexist if people put in even a little bit off effort to improve themselves, but I'm going to wait for this guy to respond before I go into that.
