You do, but the way it's set up it can be unnoticeable to most players, because you don't have to kill as many of the enemies to spawn it.

That's to its credit. For players who need to spawned a specific CE and therefore need to engage with the way CEs are triggered, farming 30 enemies vs 100 enemies is just a matter of how much time it consumes.
