Cosmic Saw (Dawntrail Carpenter Relic) is incorrectly rotated when wielded

Steps:
1. Equip the Cosmic Saw, or change to a template with it equipped.
2. Unsheathe the saw
3. Observe that the saw is rotated approximately 30 degrees from where it should be, leading to the handle clipping through the characters hand and wrist



Additionally the position seems to be off when using the saw to craft, but by much less, approximately 5 degrees

Edit to add: This can be seen on many, many other saws (Including the Stellar Saw) but the cosmic one is the most egregious, even saws that have moving handles have this issue, with the repositioned handle sticking into the characters wrist regardless of race, and the characters hand holding empty air
