Mount 'wind' noise abnormally loud when changing zones

Date & Time: 9/27/2025
Frequency: Every time my character either enters a new zone by crossing into it on flying mount, or re-zoning on a flying mount after an instance.
World name: Ultros
Character name: Chucha Nitsah
Area and coordinates: Any zone, I have tried it out in multiple locations.
Housing: You cannot fly in housing.
Steps:
1. Mount
2. Take off and fly
3. Enter another zone from where you started by crossing into it (this does not work if you teleport into the zone)
4. Continue to fly in the new zone, while hearing the abnormally loud wind sounds

NOTE: After asking a friend about this same issue, she noted she could not hear it when she had mount music turned on. As I have mount music turned off, I suggest anyone testing this also turn off mount music to better hear the issue.

Steps part 2:
1. Mount
2. Take off and fly
3. Enter an instance while still in the air
4. Re-zone back into flight from the instance
5. Continue to fly, the noise is now abnormally loud

I find that landing on the ground and taking off again corrects the strange noise. But it happens each time I do this.
