On topic, I love Beastmaster. It’s very fun to play as in FFXI. It’s the ultimate survival job. Though I wonder if there will be a monster hierarchy with what is stronger against what.

It’s not a good argument because you clearly don’t know anything about how BST worked in FFXI. It won’t be the same in XIV but it will be a whole new thing. I don’t see WoW allowing you to grow your pets and having them evolve.

He does this a lot in Facebook by complaining on the FFXIV groups why FFXIV can’t be more like WoW. He will post photos of the goofy WoW armor asking when we could get similar things.

Normal Job design isn't going to see any meaningful change, regardless. Why pretend discontinuating Limited Job is going to make any difference?

And if they go and make them regular jobs? You'll get a job with similar beats to the rest, grow bored and leave it gathering dust anyways, at the expense of the few who actually enjoy the content. No one wins.

And the reason SE did away with pets is because they know well they're incapable to make pets actually work as intended instead of carrying dreadful AIs, ghosting commands and getting stuck in places.
