There is no win in doing that. Queue time for MSQ is already bad and it would be worse with 24m. Also, I use alliance roulette exclusively to level up up 50-70 jobs. There really isn't much to do at level 50-60. Alliance roulette would still be dominated by the lowest possible level. When I want a specific raid, I queue for it.
