    Nightworld bronze & silver pieces

    Hello All

My experience is that they don't sell good on market board. I did read on the internet that they can be sold to some NPC vendors, but I couldn't find out wich ones. I also don't understand if they're needed for anything.

    So, my questions:
    - Are there really NPC vendors buying those pieces? If yes, which ones?
    - Can we use them for something (apart from selling them)?

    Thank you

Nightworld pieces are like the Allagan Gold and Silver pieces often found or gained in quests in ARR - they indeed are just sold to any normal NPC store (the kind that sell average gear and the like). The only difference is lore based - Allagan pieces are found on the Source whereas Nightworld pieces are found on the First, but they serve the same purpose.

Just right hand click on them in the inventory when you're speaking to a shopkeeper and select "Sell". They're basically just a way of getting gil without directly giving you it as a reward.

    Thank you so much!

I haven't known that - while talking to a vendor - we can right click on something in our inventory to sell it to that vendor.

I was always wondering why there is a "buy back" register in the vendor interface, but I never took the time to clarify up to today. LOL

    Any item that says

    "Exchangeable for gil."

has no purpose but to sell to an NPC for gil. Any time you click on an NPC shop, if the prices are in gil, you can sell things to those NPCs with rightclick>Sell or double-rightclick (if you haven't changed the order of the rightclick menu options and your inventory isn't too close to the bottom of the screen, double right-click selects the first menu item, which is Sell).

You're not a trial player, but it may be worth knowing that trial players have a very low gil cap and are better off hoarding their exchangeable for gil items, only selling them when they actively need the gil to buy something. That way their value doesn't count against the gil cap.
