It's really not that difficult to get these weapons during the tome phase. These weapons I'd say are more accessible than most (outside of EW's relics) If you consistently do hunt trains, you could get *atleast* two weapons a day. However, relics are never set up to get them all in a couple of weeks for the average player, a long time goal for some people with different play styles. Just keep playing the game, keep doing your roulettes, and you'll get your weapons eventually.
