It's more than what Sage gets... But it could use a buff, automatic crits wouldn't be unreasonable.

Overall, one thing I think they should do is remove raidwide damage buffs from other Jobs, and give Healers better buffs.
AST already has a damage buff in Divination, just up the %.
WHM, up Presence of Mind to like a 30% haste (both spell and skill) and make it affect the whole group.
And give SGE a buff that gives Direct Hit, as the only remaining damage increase option.

If they don't want healers healing, as they're giving that job to tanks... Or even doing damage... At least let them be a support.
