Problem: Character stops moving when using Ctrl + number skills

Hello,
I’ve been having an issue on FFXIV for a few days now. I can no longer use Ctrl as a modifier for my skills, even though I’ve been using it since the beginning.
To explain: I play with a French keyboard, so I use ZQSD to move. But whenever I try to use a shortcut like Ctrl + 1 (etc.) while moving, my character suddenly stops.
Do you know if there’s a solution for this?

Ps : I find my issue ! I have a soft from Adobe suite in background whoo fuck up x)

1. You may want to try plugging the device into different ports (both front and back) to see if it helps.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the device drivers.
3. Disable all other device drivers, leaving the mouse and keyboard as the only devices active.
4. Please try using a different keyboard to see if it the control issue persists.
5. Try unplugging all other devices and only plugging in the mouse and keyboard.
6. Make sure Windows has been fully updated from the Microsoft/Windows Update website.
