I do agree that Freecure should be removed.
But not that Cure 1 should be removed, it's extremely situational after like level 50, as Medica 2 + Regen covers most healing needs. But you do occasionally do come across tanks that have all the durability of wet paper and need constant heal spam or they drop dead instantly.

I would go a long way to rework WHM's main attack attack, keep the Stone spells all the way to 100, and have a trait that lets every spell have a chance to grant Sacred Sight to use Glare spells, in the same style of BRD's Straight Shot (Hawk's Eye).
