At the Quest with Tataru at Mor Dhona (The rising stones), I cant select the quest.
The windows said (in red): This quest is not yet available. Shadowbringers installed and registered.
I don't understand why I'm blocked, what i have to do next.

This quest is part of the story chapter called "Shadowbringers". To do it, it needs:
- To have completed previous chapters and their post-quests: Dawnstrail, Heavensward and Stormblood.
- To have purchased and installed Shadowbringer.
- To have completed the quest right before it: "A requiem for heroes".
Maybe that there is another criteria to be fulfilled, like for example a minimum level or a separated action, but I can't recall that.
Something else coming to my mind: At times, the same happens to me when I was gathering and I'm still with my miner/botanist equipment. The quest icon is then red, because I must be on my main class (summoner in my case) to have the quest active. I then need to swap from gatherer to main... Silly me.
I hope one of those ideas can help you further.

Are you playing the game on the free trial version by any chance? The free 'trial' version only allows play currently up to the very end of Stormblood's storyline, so you will need to upgrade your subscription to either the Entry or Standard subscription with a payment method through the Mogstation in order to be able to continue in the storyline into the next expansion Shadowbringers (which that quest starts off).
As others said, that quest is the beginning of the Shadowbringers expansion. The free trial only lets you play up to Shadowbringers, but does not let you play Shadowbringers itself. In order for the game to acknowledge this, you need to go to the mog station and input the codes. A guide on where you may find the code is here but it's often sent by email depending on platform.
- If you purchase the "Starter Edition" of the game, it removes the free trial restrictions and from then on, you have to pay a monthly subscription in order to play. This does not let you play Shadowbringers though.
- If you purchase "Dawntrail", it will let you play every single expansion, including Shadowbringers. However, you must have the Starter Edition already before getting Dawntrail.
- The "Complete Edition" gives you Starter + Dawntrail in one.
After that, go to the mog station. If you are still on the free trial, click "Additional Platforms" to register the Starter Edition to remove free trial restrictions. Then click "Additional Expansions" and register the Dawntrail code.

Thanks for the replies. I was able to retrieve the codes and enter them into Enix. I had forgotten to do this and didn't know where to find them.
