Thread: Random stuttering since Patch 7.31

Since Patch 7.31 I've been experiencing random stuttering in game. Nothing triggers it as it happens in towns, standing still in my house, in dungeons big and small. I play on PS5 and have never had a single problem like this. On Sunday evening the problem disappeared when there was more people on but this morning when less were on the problem returned. After reaching out to the support team I was told to post here.
- Proper ports are open.
- System Cache has been cleared with the hard drive being rebuilt.
- System has been cleaned top to bottom.
- System memory had about 120GB free to assist with loading
- Cookies and Website data cleared
- All settings in game set to performance mode and little to no extra animation on other players.
- New HDMI cable being used

I've been seeing a few others say they have been having similar issues since the last patch.

- When the disconnect occurs/How often?
- Does the disconnection happen to one character or multiple characters?
- Where in game do you get disconnected?
- What ISP Is being used?

I'm using a Wired connection, the stuttering happens at complete random. Sometimes it's once a few seconds, other times it's a few minutes. I only use one character on Hyperion. I don't get disconnected just large stuttering spikes. I'm using Astound Internet.
