A glamour design contest.

So we have seen a lot of hairstyle, furniture design contest. But do we have a glamour design contest yet? I'm sure there are a lot of people would like to show off their design for new glam that can be use for seasonal events, dungeons, raids and so forth.

As others have said, we've had gear design contests before, but it might be fun to specifically have one oriented towards glamour and not just job gear.

It'd be cool to have things like a Thavnair sari or more native Turali styles that aren't dictated by what job you're playing. Maybe some more racial style clothing that isn't the starter gear. Stuff like that. There's a lot of space there for some really cool combinations that don't quite fit Tank/Healer/DPS/Caster/Crafter/Gatherer alignments.

Yea, that would be a cool idea. Or even more race themed clothing too since we only got one set per gender.

The Skallic sets were a past winner. Specifically, the healer set is the winning design, and the devs used that as a basis for the rest.

I want another one. I want to enter a design contest so badly but we've not had one in ages.

I'm hoping to get more glam for DNC. We don't have enough of them to make a good glam. We got the Dancer artifact from 11, so that was a huge plus!

The last gear-oriented contest I remember was the one for joke-ish weapons that they implemented as part of treasure maps rewards in 7.1.

Yeah they separate weapons from glamour/armor sets… it’s been a long time since the last gear design contest.

Be cool to see like mount designs, weapon designs like the figmental, maybe even like next expansion artifact gear design that can be used for other jobs
