Housing is the biggest load of crap

I've entered 44 lotteries and lost every single one, why do we have an entire private instanced island but asking for a house is too much? Why am I having to put my hands in RNG that apparently hates me to no end when it could be as simple as adding new wards when someone buys a house. It would be a good gil sink to combat the sales of gil, it would prevent people from being locked out for ELEVEN MONTHS from something they want or need for their FC.. honestly, this whole system is a hot pile of garbage and needs to be fixed.

For gods sakes, crappier games like SWTOR even know this is a dumb idea and just have personal instanced strongholds.. why is that so difficult?

WARDS! is the only reason we're not getting instanced houses. because of the wonderful ''WARD SYSTEM'' that Yoshi P wants so much. and well money cause SE sucks at it.

Ward system is fine, it is how it is implented, being able to make player cities in the wild kind of way would be something, but all the FFXIV maps is ultra small

Yep. This housing system is absolute TRASH. legitimately trash. and so is Wards. no one in the NA uses them as they were intended to.

I thought my I posted earlier on this thread. But yeah that's what it pretty much comes down to.

The best way to get ahead in the system they're proposing is to simply not bid on anything except the larges to not get de-prioritized. Fc owners would also be automatically de-prioritized than the system trying to get a personal

exactly why should they have any priority just cause they want to move they are lucky to already have a place it's awefuly selfish to feel that they deserve the change to make it even harder for people who are first times to get a house, FC bids would behave differently in that it would be weather the FC currently has a house not the individual that is bidding on behalf of the FC
