all the fonctions you are trying to have are madeable with macros, there is 15 legit lines of macro and 99 personal ones and 99 shared ones
if you use things like:

/ac "Cure" <2>

shouldnt it make a direct heal to main tank if your a healer

add the same to any spells you wanna be able to swift target, you over 120 buttons programable in the game, be imagnative, there is macros from targetting to make actions and even somes to lower and rise the volume, every single command are described in the macro text command help.

you think the dev cant do better, do it yourself!!!

Please consider re-reading their post as it's something they already mentioned.

While macros can provide a workaround, they don’t queue abilities reliably and often feel inconsistent in fast-paced situations.
