Pick one thing: it's either RNG, or premades work because winning is actually to do with the overall skill of the team.

Pre-Made is a joke that does not exist, all you need to do and say is to get the alliance be like a mob... and that is it, people can on other teams can read that quickly and hmmm.... many of those 'flank kings' or whatever is so predictable, that you can tell your team what they do and really make them work for their money and actually beat them down quite easy.

Very easy to read, and they do the same thing every time to try and make it work.
