    Demolished Apartment's

    I have 5 characters over w Data Centers and I just logged In a couple days ago after taking a break from the game. All my apartments are gone. All my mog station store bought items gone. All my in game items from seasonal events gone. My cake from every wedding to my rl wife gone. Craftables, plusses etc All gone. Wth is support to help fix this?

    Contact them ASAP and see if there were any log-ins that weren't from you. It could be that someone stole everything they could and just demolished your apartments to be an ass. Usually they just steal your gil for RMT purposes, though. Have you ever shared your password with anyone else, or do you use that same password somewhere else and someone may know that?


    Apartments simply can't demolish themselves. Someone did that to your account.
    I hope support can help you, but they could totally go "our terms say that you knew you could lose these items if you throw them away or place them in a house where a tenant/the owner could take them away" and not give you much of anything back. But I truly hope they can roll back your account.
