    Have not received the Friendship Circlet!!

    Hi everyone!

    I'm a beginner for this game. There is a problem disturb me.
    Before 30 days, I got a friend he is playing FFXIV and he gave me a recruitment code.
    I redeemed the code and the website message shown as below:
    You have successfully entered your recruitment code
    Recruitment Rewards
    Friendships Circlet, etc.

    But 30 days have passed and I still have not received the item Friendships Circlet.
    May I know what happened?

    The issue is quite simple: You're playing on the free 30 day suscription the game comes with when you buy it. As far as the game is concerned, you haven't played for 30 days yet because it's looking at the days you've paid for!


    If you buy a 30 day or more suscription, the items will be delivered to the moogle shortly. You can find the delivery moogle in every main city or any camp with an aetheryte. They're marked with an envelope in your map.

    I received the bonus items after my account status on Mog Station updated the subscription I have paid for.
