I mean, lowkey, depending on the server it slowly can become a mean girl's club. I guess if the server/DC is small enough it could happen. I doubt it's THAT big of an issue but i'm referencing a time around the 5.X patches.

It's always been common in "small communities".

P8S unsync farming is an example of a "small community". It's probably mostly the same small crowd doing it at any given week. So they would quickly get used to all the people doing it.

Raiding in Heavensward was similar when we were restricted to homeworld PF. It meant you came across the same few people progging the same savage fight for weeks. This led to everyone knowing the people that did 5% of the expected performance and avoiding them.

The game isn't like that with the latest savage raids anymore because we have cross-world PF and so many people are doing it that you're unlikely to run into the same person twice, or not very often. But again, if hardly anyone is doing it at any point, this phenomenon happens.

If somebody is going around spreading rumors about you being bad to the point where everyone is blacklisting you, then that person can seriously get banned for that.

Technically you could possibly report the first or second person who blacklisted you before all these rumors has started spreading, but keep in mind that if the GM's don't find anything you risk getting banned yourself for false reports.

I did report both cases, but they haven't confirmed anything yet. I mentioned I struggle with mental health issues, the situation there isn't really happening. I didn't get any reason for the 2nd time being black listed, the raid hadn't even begun, we were still forming the party, then I was kicked for no reason. Then couldn't rejoin the party. Just strange that this happened. Really the first time it was just a comment, this 2nd time it was straight up, no questioning or telling.

Someone not wanting to play with you and using the blacklist and PF to avoid you is not against the rules. You cant force someone to play with you.

The fight will get easier and quicker over time as higher ilevel and stats on gear allows more mechanics to be skipped. Right now there's a decent amount of phase 2 that's skipped. He dies right after High Concept usually. HC is only required because he will finish it if he starts it so once we can kill him before he starts HC then phase 2 will get even easier.

Also the OP never said anything about forcing anyone to play with them, they're just trying to figure out why they're getting blacklisted so much. So I don't know where you got the idea that they're forcing people to play with them.

I assume you are talking about this section:

・Expressions that attempt to unilaterally exclude someone from the game or content/community, etc.
(Except when in accordance with rules set by an administrator such as a Free Company Master)
Key Points
It is prohibited to make statements such as the following examples to try to kick someone from the party, content, community, etc. as if they are not qualified to participate. If a report has been filed and the prohibited activity is confirmed, a penalty will be issued.

"If you can't do the mechanic well, maybe you shouldn't bother joining the party."
"If you're going to talk like that, why don't you just quit?"
"If you don't understand that, you'd be wise to leave the party."
"Let's ignore them."
"Let’s leave [person] out."
"It's not worth wasting our time, you should quit."
"Don't join if your equipment is that bad/such a low item level."


Please note that Square Enix may issue a penalty in its discretion even if a report has not been filed but the act was found being conducted in public areas such as Say and Shout, search comments, Party Finder, or online video/streaming services.

While more temporary than an FC leader, the position of PF-host is an administrative one. Trying to get people suspended over this may also not be the smartest move in general. Playing with someone who messes up constantly is already frustrating enough, if you know they wll also try to get you banned if you value your own time that will probably make you even less likely to want to play with them. My recommendation for OP is not trying to force the issue and instead focus on how you can learn mechanics more effectively.

As people in this thread have said, unsynching old savage for mounts is not something that has vaste amounts of players in it, at some point OP will probably have met them all and at that point it's not someone spreading rumors about OP, it's just everyone has seen OP in action.
