Unfortunately, the Alliance Raid roulette has the most disparity when it comes to run times, and hence the most disparity in base aether.
With some more data, it's looking to me like this is pretty much the case:

Code:
Bonus, Roulette, Instance, Time taken, Base Aether, Bonus Aether, Total Aether, Base Aether per minute

Daily, Alliance Raid, Void Ark, 19min, 492, 101, 593, 26

Daily, x0 Dungeons, Kugane Castle, 14min, 364, 376, 740, 26

  • The daily bonus is fixed per roulette.
  • Each roulette nets you 700-800 aether with the daily bonus, excluding the Alliance roulette, whose base aether varies wildly because run times vary wildly.
  • The amount of aether per minute in the instance is roughly 25-30, though perhaps lower for lower level content such as LotA.

Which is to say, it's feeling to me like SE set the aether numbers reasonably consistently across the roulettes, except for taking into account the fact that LotA and Syrcus are memes at this point. (And they almost certainly ignored the wildly varying times spent waiting for a queue to pop.)
