/targetmode, /tmode don't work when no subcommand is specified

* Targeting modes can also be activated using the /targetmode (/tmode) text command.
/targetmode(/tmode) [subcommand]

Steps:
- I was doing nothing when the issue ocurred, just standing on the ground (I mean, no guildleve, behest, mission,...)
- Typed /tmode (without subcommand) and I got "/tmode" on my General chat window. Nothing occurred.
- Typed /targetmode (without subcommand) and I got "/targetmode" on my General chat window. Nothing ocurred.

Indeed. Only way this works is to specify A or B, so I assume this needs to be corrected.
