Feedback on the New Relic Step & future Content

Personally, I like what they've been doing with the relic so far, but not making the aether recieved from roulettes a flat rate is a bad idea. Especially since the aether recieved from level 50 duties is MINISCULE compared to level 100 duties and level 90 High Level dungeons

EDIT: Having completed the aetherwell, I can now say this was not that bad all things considered without going too much into detail.

What's fun about spamming roulettes for days on end with no other option to complete the weapons like in other expansions?

I've done about 75% of the pools since coming back a few days ago and 90% of the content I'm getting is 60 and under. It's extremely tedious and boring. Yes, I appreciate and understand it's a roulette but that also implies a bit of a variety - that's just not the case. Adding iLevel checks to things like Alliance Raids does nothing when all someone has unclocked is CT because there's no incentive, requirement or directive to unlock anything else.
