    This. And as Supersnow says, you’re not going to be able to outscale it, and the mechs along with the rez limit are the issue. BA had one wipe mech, FTB has about 23 iirc (someone made a list at one point).

    Having been up to the start of the final boss, I'd say that as a practical matter, the number of mechanics that you typically or expect to wipe to during prog can probably be counted on one hand. Like, yes, a mis-aimed tank buster during the start of boss 2 can nuke everyone out of existence, but this never actually happens.

    Having done the 100 clears, the amount of wipes is more than 1 hand. In my experience they have been (hallway/bridges megatraps, snowball charges, snowball stacks, tether with stack on bridges, aero 3 from the idols on bridges, ice tower in marble dragon, ice sprites reaching dragon(these two can happen more often on low mans), cannisters on magi, rune axe, holy lance. BA in comparison really only had 2 mechs that could wipe the whole alliance raid with black hole and the meteors.

    This was a change in 7.3 where after you wipe and relevel (which could take 10-15 minutes), you can leave the instance again and queue up and get a new instance instead. Of course this still is about 30-40 minutes between each new retry at FT. With people having to go and making sure the required jobs are still there.
