I'd like a beach isle district set in Tuliyolal similar to the inn room and the walk way leading to the beach houses, Square would be awesome releasing two districts at the same time! while getting rid of timers for a year or so~ :3

Until now we got a new housing area every two expansions so next one should be the one.
Until now we got every housing districts tied to a main city and not the expansion hub so next one would be Cristarium or Sharlayan.
But things can change.

That being said, a loft in Solution 9 would be neat but it seems they can't even give us Solution 9 furnitures while there is literal furniture stores in Solution 9!

I dont even want Housing in S9, I want instanced appartments with different sizes and room layouts, with interchangeable S9-themed fixtures like the ones we have seen im buildings over there

It would genuinely be great to have a higher quality version of what Appartments currently are, and S9 would be the perfect fit for it

Oh absolutely. Solution 9 is THE place to make apartments work.
You got the scyscrapers for it already. Make sure the apartments are big enough, maybe have a large window on one side to see the neonlight city, and more furniture slots....
