    Gae Bolg in 2.0 game play trailer

    If you pause the video around 11:42, it looks like the the damage, dps, and delay are staying the same. The other stats got changed around a bit.

    Acc +30, Critical Attack +30, and Rate of Critical Hit.

    I know, pre-alpha build, but the increase jump isn't displayed, the critical attack got reduced by 70, and no store tp. It goes from being worth the time to get it to being barely the best. I guess all the other weapons might get reduced as well, it just seems lackluster in the video.

    The AF body also had changed stats and missed some stuff. In this case I would actually agree it might be just placeholder stats, even if I don't know why to use them.

    They stated that calculations will be changing to a more 1:1 attribute system so it's not surprising to see stats changed at all alpha or not -- considering they're using the same game as a base I don't think they would have suddenly changed everything for the sake of it when most data can just merely be converted over lol.

    I know they said they are changing the stat system on gear but the base stats seem to be unchanged. It just seems like the relic is going to make less of an impact on damage which makes all the work to get it, in my opinion, wasted. I also know they said they want to make gear have a less dramatic effect on stats but the relics should at least keep the stats that make them special and noteworthy.

    That's a very premature assumption to make.

    For all we know in 2.0 +30 crit attack could be worth more than what +100 is in 1.0!

    I believe its part of the new system being Stats and Equipment are 1:1. I'm not really sure what that implies completely, but what I know is that the numbers would be lowered but have more of an effect.

    The dragoon body armor also says that you can sell it for 22,000gil. I wouldn't place much stock in those stats.

    That might just mean it was the model of the AF but with placeholder stats and stuff. Which is probably the case for everything in there.
