Honestly, game is fun

I'm playing it for quite some years now, haven't start DT yet even if I know how bad the reputation of it is already but, it baffles me a lot when I read that "there's no content".

The problem, I think, is the fact people won't run anything that doesn't involve glamour. People don't want to play any content just for the sake of it. I love deep dungeons, I love Bozja, I love doing hunts, I love doing random quests, BLU, craft, fishing, .. I'm basically done with all content but I still come back and play some of it all because, well, it is fun.

I understand most people finished everything they could but again, saying there is no content is a complete lie. There is ton of it, and I wish people actually run them instead of being AFK, posing and complaining here and there "game dead".

Now if you're a +10 years player, I can understand the frustration. But if I was a +10 years of playtime, I would take a break and go play something else, it's not that serious at all.

I'll probably get hated for that take, but the eternal dooming over this game is tiring. Move on if you dislike the current state of the game. Also nobody cares about anyone virtual house. You bought your property knowing the risk of it all. Which is being trapped in paying sub for keeping a virtual house, where you never AFK in or receive people in.

My point is, there's no need to have great reward to justify fun content. Now if your fun is to get all rewards, well I'm sorry for you. We can't do thing about it. But now if you're not having fun anymore, it's time, once again, to move on. And that's absolutely fine to do so.

they have a free mobile version with so many features that the paid concole / pc version should have for example.

Agreed.... OP, if you're having so much fun, why are you on the forums where people give feedback on how they want to see the game to improve and saying 'all is fine, stop complaining'? FFXIV has plenty of 'the devs can do no wrong, there's nothing wrong with the game, there's plenty to do' in this culture of toxic positivity to begin with.

This sort of narrative is really pointless, especially in the only spot we can actually give feedback.

The dooming is everywhere, I only wanted to share my opinion on it all. I'm not "toxic positive" either, it all seems to be fact for me, there is content

Because the Forum is not alone there for complains, dooming or anything, there is something called "positive feedback" because there are still more people as enough which enjoy the game

Exactly positive and negative feedback is needed, but you don't have to attack the other side while giving positive or negative feedback and then go "I did nothing wrong" lol

Tell me when you spot positive feedback in this thread because OP opened the thread with telling people who complain about the game to quit.

TRUE, roughly a sixth of the opening post, the rest was to tell people who are unhappy to quit. Why does so called positive feedback always need to include that part. We'll never know.

The thing a lot of people don't seem to realize is it possible to like something AND dislike the state it's in. These are not mutually exclusive. One can enjoy and like many things about the game AND still wish it was better in aspects. I love going to venues with my FC, I keep up with the story, I do Savage tiers and the new 24s, check out new content, etc. There's plenty to keep me busy. That said, especially as a healer, there are things I *despise* about the game. People are "dooming" because they're that passionate about the game they love and want to improve it.
