I just take the abandon penalty when I get synced to unfun levels.The entire point of a roulette is that you are helping others with their queue for their duty. Usually, someone in a direct queue for a below-100 duty is doing it for the first time. In exchange, you get rewarded.
If you have a completely full party, then you can know for certain the needs and wishes of all your party members, so they let you decide to only get the highest level duty possible.
I don't play the game to be a background npc in someone elses MSQ, if I roll unfun content I don't do it.
