Red Onion Helm - Does it even exist?

A theory I've seen floating around is your retainers level having an effect on the items it brings.
So as everyones retainer levels up, there's less and less chance of it getting it.

This very well be some copium. I have no idea of the actual inner workings of their loot table.

The piece I want is the Explorer's Calot, but oof there isn't a single instance of it dropping on that tracker site.

there are 400 red onion helm drops reported on 16m quick ventures
100 on 4m ventures with retainers lower than 100 and 300 on 12m ventures with lvl 100 retainers

seems like odds are about 1:40.000 ventures to get it

My level 100 white mage retainer has given me one unit of Shaaloani Coke on 3 separate occasions. I don't understand the loot pool at all.

They should probably redo the loot pool, maybe even make a separate item like the venture crates are for dyes that you could turn in for a red onion helm or gysahl ring or whatever.

Yeah it is just copium the level of the retainer doesn't change the luck on it the loot table is just so large now the couple of items that are just exclusive to that are just very.....very.....very rare I am down to just 12 or them maybe someday......someday.
