Yeah, wish achievement point system would be more fleshed out. Lots of people doing it, but they don't really have a way to display it. Like the rewards from that NPC are not tied to any specific point rating, why not unlock an armor set or mount at 10k or 20k or 30k etc. It was popular system in guild wars 2 I think.

Until we get them. As long as that takes. If we have to buy each entire set with two commendation crystals (which is what you get for being top 100 anyway) then that's cool, it ties it to the most similar thing we have in the game at this point.

They'd make absolute bank if they re-released the emotes in the cash shop. I wonder though if they have some kind of legal agreement with the people that make the statues though, not to do that. Although it's like feast rewards, if the thing is no longer obtainable in the shop/in the game, there should be another method of getting it. They even do this with savage mounts via Mog Tomes now (Alte Roite). Putting feast mounts as mog tomes would make PVP'ers have an aneurysm so I'd recommend keeping those tied to PVP.

I don't even use a parser or any mods as I'm on console, but I'd like to know how I, personally, did at the end of an EX or Savage fight. They show how many damage you do in CC and Frontlines. Why can't they show that at the end of EX and Savage fights too? Or at least show us on stone, sky, sea.

That will probably never happen as long as they can charge $300+ for some low quality statues that they make for less than $50.

Considering said statues barely, if ever, get reprints, and aren't available in a lot of countries by the virtue of SE simply not delivering there, putting those emotes into mogstation could potentially bring in more profit than just selling the statues.

There's also the matter of what Doki said, with them making veteran rewards obtainable through achievement vendor, as well as adding some items from 1.X for everyone. A lot of old collaboration gear that was only obtainable through physical items purchase or from attending fan fests is now in the mog station as well. If that's the case, they should stay consistent and add statue emotes into mog as well, especially those that are 5+ years old, figures for which have virtually 0 chance of being ever reprinted.

The "but it's a bonus for a physical item" argument falls apart very quick when maiden/butler attires and far eastern set with a cloud mount (albeit mount is in a different color), Yuna and Tidus sets, Moogle set are right there sold in Mog. Which devs also said won't be accessible to those who didn't participate in the past, so.

They didn't however, reprint Odin or Shiva in years. And probably won't, with how long it have been.

The part you mean was a flaw in the translation of the live letter, they meant series rewards, not old feast rewards. They re released old series rewards now, which was like they announced - something like "no time pressure, it will come again"

Are all the Statues with emotes sold out? If they are, why not do yearly/bi-yearly waves or something to that effect? Especially when/if they figure out their shipping services to the US, since JP Post suspended shipments for the time being. And hopefully they'll find a manufacturer and shipper that won't botch the quality of the statue (I've heard a story or two) or its shipping.
Duty Finder cross-region might only be feasible once they implement an effective way for cross-region travel to happen.

no thanks to the bulky statue. We are ADULTS for those Statue figurines. Mog station is the best solution for the emotes.
