I think putting the Feast rewards behind Commendation Crystals would make sense. Perhaps two crystals per gear coffer, which would require reaching Crystal or reaching Diamond for two seasons.

Just let me get the Shadowstalker set somehow, I'll happily grind for it.

agree. but it's better to just be sold as WOLF COLLARS same with the hellhound weapons. make it like 50 wolf collars per coffer and the mounts.

As for Feast rewards, eh. I still feel like it's fine to leave them as old unobtainable rewards, but the devs said PVP rewards would eventually cycle so it's likely inevitable that it's coming back.

I'll all for bring back The Feast so people can earn the rewards again from the mode, and I say that as someone who is nowhere near skilled enough to participate so I'll never see those rewards anyway.

Failing that, locking the rewards behind Ranked Crystalline Conflict also sounds good, and might actually give people a reason to play it behind the first two weeks every season.

I really wanted the hellhound armor so I've decided to put my all into it, and I'm pretty ok with PvP. And for the 2 weeks I tried every day, I went into feast trying to win, getting better even, only to understand that there is literally a discord server where people are actually deciding which time to queue and who will win or lose. Some person literally logged in as 2 characters and just sat on base doing nothing as other teammates tried to fight off enemy team. There were cheaters literally camp spawning before the gates even opened.

I dont want feast back, but some rewards, maybe at least recolors, needs to circle back, because it was nearly impossible to get tp top 100 if you weren't let into the inner "kitchen"

I agree, I think these are all pretty fair suggestions, although I think the pricing is a little steeper than I'd like.
With the games drop in subs and revenue, I'd think adding more to Mog Station is only an increase in possible $$ for SE.

Yep, that discord is still alive and people till this day dictate when games will become. PvP is mostly dead in the morning and throughout the day. It's only alive after 18 or so, when those same people come back from work. PvP isn't fun because you constantly play with same people over and over again. It's always 10-20 same in the queue and queue match making is also atrocious. Sometimes and if not most of the time, you will end up against same people while never being in their team. Causing just frustration because of queue sniping and other shenanigans.

Specially if you are trying to start new season right now, unranked is dead and good luck climbing. Unless you are at the diamond 5 with 1 star, you won't find games that easily as game mode is dead until discord people decide when to queue up.

The only name from EU I recognize that played Feast with me. The only one who speaks truth. Amen.

Either those particular former Feasters have grown fat and toothless since their last meal, or they're worried they won't be able to control their win/loss ratio like they did before with too many new people entering the fray and with Square-Enix keeping a sharper eye on player conduct. Regardless though, I don't think a small number of specifically yellow and pot-bellied PVPers should be the ones dictating whether or not others get PVP modes, and I would rather see the Feast returned and improved then lost and remembered only with disdain. And I say all that knowing I'm an average skill person at best who probably can't even climb out of Bronze on Ranked CC, so the Feast and its rewards would be barred from me.

NA was significantly worse than EU. I guess you could count the wintraders on 1 hand in EU in solo Feast seasons. And some got banned. Some more could have been banned if GMs would have banned them more proactively. But blame it on the player I guess.

You could pick any of them, and they would destroy you in old Feast until you have 0medals lol, so sure bring it back. I think most of them would encourage it, because they could stomp newbies so far into the ground, that they never set foot in PvP again for a few months. But of course this isn't what the game wants. So we play lego PvP.




I actually think the series reward on the right is pretty good too. It is better than the hellhound armor, as that one clips a lot with the shoulder wing parts. So they are decent alternatives...I would say quality wise better than some of the ranked sets.





But yeah, it's a game, nobody can have everything.
