What are the stocking-like items that I see miqo'te wear?

Random question, I know, but my friend and I are making uh...doubles of...certain npcs, and are trying to find the right gear.

I tried Velveteen shoes, but it was just the shoes...there weren't any stockings did I just get the wrong kind?

A screenshot of that or those npc's would help. But I'm guessing you're looking for the leg part of the coatee set. Which is called "linen bottoms" (or replace linen with another lower level materiel).
Or the new "colliseum loincloth"

I can think of:

- Sheepskin Skirt (also Boarskin, etc), they have thigh-high stockings attached and the skirt part goes poof under a lot of longer tops

-Velveteen Bottom (also Linen, Dated Canvas), these are itty bitty mini skirts with thigh-high stockings and some also have a garter. The mini is easily covered by many tops.

The ones in your video look like they might be Dated Canvas (blue) or Velveteen (black), not sure though.

You will find it's the leg piece. The linen or velveteen bottoms. Yes they look like pants on preview but thats the male version. The female version turns into a skirt and stockings.
